Disney+ Research in London

Congratulations 😊

Thank you for agreeing to take part in this research!

We're working with Disney+ to improve the experience of a digital TV app for Arabic and Hebrew readers. Your feedback will directly help shape how the app works for millions of people.

How does it work?

These sessions will be informal one-to-one interviews lasting 60-90 minutes at the Disney Hammersmith, London. During the session you will:

  • Meet a friendly researcher who will guide you through the session

  • Try out a prototype of a TV streaming app on real devices

  • Share your thoughts as you use it - there are no right or wrong answers

  • Answer a few short questions about your experience

Will I paid?

You will be paid Β£80 for taking part via the Tremendous.com platform.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself! You don't need to prepare anything. If you wear glasses for using the TV or computer, please bring those along. We'll provide everything else, including refreshments.

Recording and privacy

The session will be recorded (audio and video) for research purposes only. Recordings are kept confidential and will not be shared publicly or used in any promotional material. Your personal details will be handled in accordance with GDPR and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.

Good to know

  • You can withdraw from the session at any time with no explanation needed

  • We're testing the product, not you. There are no right or wrong answers

  • Feel free to share honest feedback, positive or negative - it all helps

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing tom@userlab.co.uk
